Timothy Jones

I am the owner-operator of this company so I am responsible for the promotion of the company along with bidding, customer relations, product acquisition, asset management, hiring and training employees, and sometimes operating machines.

I will be continuing to grow this company on the side as I bring in other people to take on these jobs in this company.

I look forward to using some of these skills I've learned to perform at the highest level I can, in the next profession I am accepted into.

I Subcontracted building houses from the ground up. I specialized in framing and roofing, but I also filled in on foundation, and finish carpentry.

Completed multiple live burn training courses.

Completed Emergency driving course.

Learned radio etiquette, Emergency Management, and First Aid.

Started working for Nevin Byler at Sawtooth Valley Construction at age 16. I already possessed a lot of the skills he was looking for, so in a short time, he moved me right up to his foreman and had me running his jobs for him while he ran other businesses he was involved in.

I interacted and coordinated with homeowners, making sure the projects were getting fulfilled as expected. I directed the other subcontractors and employees and even did some of the bidding and product acquisition.
