  • Posting and reconciling all bank transactions of the Property Management System and allocates these payments to invoices on a daily basis.
  • Performs timely mailing to debtors/ customers and Team member.
  • Collecting receivables within written policies and agreements.
  • Ensure strict adherence to the credit policy defined by the hotel management for In-house guest ledger and city ledger.
  • Collect and check all supporting documents received from Team Members Issuing sales invoices and credit notes to customers.
  • Downloading bank statements and sharing them with team members.
  • Processing and assisting with cash / c/c / online payments from customers being responsible of the income cash float of all outlets.
  • Prepares reports as requested to develop a more informative database for improved management decision making and critical evaluation of work activities.
  • Chasing and preparing link payments to customers or services for overdue balances.
  • Liaised with internal departments to address client inquiries to minimize risk of overdue accounts.
  • Double checking all old and new accounts (Groups/ Meetings/ Events – pending balances) entered an Operation Sheet ensuring through an internal weekly meeting everything is in place and up to date.
  • Assists the Finance Manager in the preparation of month end reconciliation and in the final monthly closing of the accounts receivable system. (Accruals)
  • Assisting the Finance Manager with the annual financial audit (both UK and local), Conducted regular account audits to identify potential issues before they escalated into major problems or writeoffs.
  • Support with additional tasks assigned by the Manager.
