• Coordinate integration of new merchants with the sales manager and integration team. Making sure merchant accounts have the correct configuration in BO before launch.
• Working closely with the product team to make sure our products meet our client's needs and standards.
• Continuously checking our client's wallets/cashiers looking for ways to simplify the customer journey to improve conversion rate.
• Establish and develop trusted and long-term relationships with dedicated clients through ongoing communication, frequent face-to-face meetings, and monthly reviews
• Be accountable for day-to-day client performance by running tracking, reporting, and analysis of KPIs
• Continual monitoring of user feedback to anticipate business needs and forward them to the Product department
• Responsible for driving and maximizing revenues on customers within the VIP segment, and up-sell lower segmented customers to become VIP's
• Develop a strong relationship with high-value customers acting as the main point of contact within the organization for my customers;
• Continual monitoring customers' activity in order to report on the company KPI's and take actions accordingly to trends in customer behaviors.
• Organize and/or represent the company at events and exhibitions/conferenses to online gambling
• Onboarding, new affiliates offer the best brands for the targeted market. Follow up on them to make sure they stay motivated and get the help they need.
• Monitor their activity to be able to increase FTD and general traffic. Actively look for more and better deals (Hybrid, Rev-share, and CPA) for well-established affiliates.
• Developing a long-term relationship with all affiliates and partners. Invite them for lunch/events to talk business and make them feel special and appreciated.
• Other daily tasks: Make sure we had enough accounts on each brand for affiliates to request. Update manual stats for top affiliates. make sure our brand material is up to date as bonuses, banners, and links. Sending out weekly promotional emails to our affiliates.
• Point of contact for all high VIP players in the Norwegian market. Making sure they got the best support when needed through SMS, email, and phone.
• Creating tailored campaigns for both casino and sportsbook players to increase the value in all VIP segments. Often would the winner win a trip to a special event or an exotic holiday destination hosted by myself. • Monitor and analyze VIP activity on a daily basis and after campaigns to see if we were increasing the targeted KPI's. Writing weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports on the market developments, what worked and what didn't, which customer increased and decreased, how the budget was spent on campaigns, bonuses, and live events. • Managing a yearly budget of €250,000 for the Norwegian Market. Making sure we have events/campaigns for covering all holidays, sports events as (World cup, Olympics, etc) and weekly monthly tournaments/campaigns for both casino and sportsbook.

Responsible gaming: To make sure the players we increase are still playing on a safe and affordable level. Following up on account that could be trouble gamblers, making sure they set limits.
CRM: Make sure all VIP campaigns are ready for deadline and all communication to customers where ready, (Text for emails, sms, on site notifications), all games were relevant for the segmented casino players. Creating engaging sportsbook campaigns with different SB segmented players including offers matching their betting history and interests.
Customer support: Inform them regarding VIP tournaments/campaigns. Support them with any question needed on a daily basis making sure our VIP customers got the best help.
